It is submitted that proceedings have been instituted against Aravind Ramesh under the Indian Explosives Act. In furtherance of those proceedings, and with the intention of destroying evidence and concealing traces of criminality, he has persistently undertaken diverse acts aimed at materially altering the condition of the subject land,thereby creating the appearance that the property has been transformed into a lake.

The subject property is situated in the Sholinganallur Revenue Taluk and village, within Zone‑15 of the Greater Chennai Corporation, under the jurisdiction of the Neelangarai Sub‑Registrar Office, in the limits of T‑16 Semmancheri Police Station, Chennai – 600119.

In pursuance of an order of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, Document No. 9647/2019 has been registered in respect of the said property at the Neelangarai Sub‑Registrar Office.
